How Grazing Creates Diverse and Healthy Environment - for People and Birds

28. 11. 2024, 17:00 Novosedly

We cordially invite you to a lecture where you will learn about the benefits that the return of livestock grazing to the landscape can bring in today’s world, how and why bird parks are established, and whether a cow among bird eggs is indeed like an elephant in a china shop.

The lecture will be presented by ornithologist Mgr. Gašpar Čamlík from the South Moravian Branch of the Czech Society for Ornithology, who is also one of the founders of the Kosteliska bird park and a supervisor of the implementation of conservation grazing in protected salt marshes under the LIFE in Salt Marshes project.

The lecture will take place on Thursday, November 28th, in the municipal hall at the town hall in Novosedly.

We look forward to seeing you!
